Painting Semi Figurative Art  

Mostly figurative art is defined in contrast to abstract art. The term “Semi Figuratives” here alludes to the fact that these paintings are

somewhere inbetween.

So they are not abstract but also not fully conforming to the definition of figurative.

Figurative art is not synonymous with figure painting, because that means art which represents the human figure. To read more about it click here.
